1.      Windows 7 Support

 The service tool has been verified to function on the Windows 7 operating system. However, the CA3 is not functional on a Windows 7 64-bit PC. This is a known issue and will be addressed in a future release. If any other issue arises, please contact the Help Desk for assistance.
